ART
Hi. I’m a curious coder and technology enthusiast from cologne. I’m making fun little experiments with simple but exciting algorithms that produce art in a continuous back and forth between sizzling synapses and sparkling circuits. I love the idea of viewing the creative process through a lens of conceptional rules instead of (re)producing a concrete thing. Abstract art, but communicated in code, a language that often seems limited to logical rigidity. This creates a fine line between control and chaos, which is extremely fun to explore.

DATA
Many challenges in modern data analysis can be seen as complementary to the ones in procedural art. In contrast to exploring the chaotic traits of logical operations its about finding logic in the chaotic abundance of information. The accessibility and complexity of recorded information has never been higher than today. This allows for precise inquiries and robust predictions but it also poses the risk of lowering the information density and respectively loosing clarity. This makes high-quality data analysis a very intricate task and more important then ever. It also increases the a curious and exploratory character of the field. Finding „hidden“ insight and exploring intriguing relations can be very rewarding.
